What are the shipping times for new orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Does the Thermomix® come with a warranty?
Yes, every new Thermomix® TM6 comes with a 2-year limited warranty for household use, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions.
Can I return my Thermomix® if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unit in its original packaging for a refund, minus shipping and handling fees.
