Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thermomix® purchase; if you are not entirely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and components.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Care team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the Thermomix® and all included accessories into the original protective foam and cardboard boxing to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
